Maintaining dignity and independence is the goal for all residents in the Maple Lane Assisted Living Neighborhood at The Assisi Health Care Center in Bartlett. Days are filled with rich activity and companionship. The friendly staff of nurses and certified nursing assistants helps with grooming, dressing, bathing, medication management and wellness programs.
Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, freeing residents to relax, visit and go about each day as desired.
Meals served restaurant-style with fine china and white tablecloths by a friendly wait staff make dining a pleasure.
Comfortable accommodations reflect the same comfortable elegance of the entire Clare Oaks community. The one-bedroom private apartments are spacious and well-appointed.
Residents enjoy conversation and visits with family and friends in beautiful, comfortable living room areas. Sunny benches in the garden courtyard are perfect for quiet moments of reflection.
Birch Court and Pine Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care
Both the Birch Court and Pine Court Neighborhoods are designed to honor each person’s individuality and unique needs. The homelike environment, enjoyable activities and friendly atmosphere all help to stimulate, encourage and soothe residents. Making every individual feel comfortable, secure and positive are the prime goals of every staff member.
From the wide range of available nursing care therapies, to the precise electronic medical records system, to spa rooms with whirlpool tubs, to chef-inspired meals and friendly service, no detail has been overlooked. All skilled nursing resident rooms are private with private bathrooms; many have views of the garden courtyard or Carillon bell tower. A calendar of activities promises an array of stimulating events. Registered nurses and certified nurse assistants are available 24 hours a day. Respite stays are available for those who have short-term care needs.
Willow Place Memory Care
Everything in the Willow Place Memory Care Neighborhood is planned to meet the personal preferences of those affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory-related disorders. Individualized daily plans are a key element in creating as familiar and comfortable a routine as possible in order to encourage involvement in activities and rehabilitation exercises.
Wonderfully designed spaces include comfortably furnished private rooms; a large, open living area; country-style kitchen; secured outdoor garden; indoor walking area and aquariums. Residents enjoy family-style meals with the staff, take part in active recreational programming and receive continuous stimulation from the social setting.
