The entrance fees at Clare Oaks are 90%
refundable, and your monthly service fee covers
housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, scheduled
transportation, security, social activities and
much more. If desired, you may purchase
additional services a’ la carte and have them
added to your monthly fee.
